| We have litigated tens of thousands of disputes including auto (property damage, uninsured motorist cases); homeowners and commercial fire, flood and theft casualties; products liability; breach of contract and conversion (double recovery; both by insured and body shops); workers compensation and government liability at the city, county, state and federal levels. Through decades of experience we have learned how to maximize recovery while minimizing expenses, pursuing worthwhile claims while reducing the diversion of resources caused by aggressive pursuit of non-productive claims. With our eye constantly on the bottom line, our tested procedures will increase your subrogation recovery while reducing the manpower and expense your staff spends on coordinating and supporting legal counsel. Our proprietary software allows us to track case files at every stage, while greatly assisting in the interface, compilation and reconciliation of client claim files. |
